Shipping & Processing Policy

With few exceptions, Nioka Green Store rewards its customers who purchase $50.00 or more of items on an order with free parcel shipping on that order. Exceptions to this free shipping policy are large items that must ship via motor freight carrier and express shipping charges. These and other restrictions are noted below.

Orders less than $50.00
Shipping and processing charges are prepaid and added to all orders with product totals of less than $50.00. See the chart below for shipping and processing charges for orders shipped within the Continental U.S. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other destinations outside of the Continental U.S., please email service@niokagreenstore.com for applicable rates.

$20.01-$35.00 $9.95
$35.01-$50.00 $12.95
Over $50.00 FREE on all parcel shipments*

Exceptions
The following items and conditions are excluded from the free shipping promotion.

  • Large items that must ship via common motor carrier. These items are noted as such in their product description. Motor carrier freight and processing charges are prepaid and added to the order.
  • Express and expedited shipping charges as requested by the customer. Applicable shipping and processing charges are prepaid and added to the order.
  • Nioka reserves the right to use the carrier of its choice at all times unless specified by the customer. Non-preferred, customer specified carriers may be subject to additional charges.

Other

  • Items shipped via parcel service should arrive in 5-10 business days, depending on delivery location.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for drop-shipped items and items shipped via motor carrier
  • Custom ordered items may require up to 8 weeks for delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damage and Shortages
In the rare event your package arrives opened, or in poor condition, we encourage you to inspect all merchandise before signing off with the delivery driver. Note any damage or shortages with the driver at the time of delivery. Contact Nioka Green Store for assistance in handling your claim.

Commitment to the Environment.
Nioka endeavors to utilize shipping carriers that are committed to the environment. Likewise, Nioka uses shipping and packing materials that environmentally friendly – recyclable, biodegradable, and reusable. We also reuse all packing material from shipments sent to Nioka from other sources. This may include boxes, Styrofoam packing peanuts, packing paper, plastic air pillows, etc...
