We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any
reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any item
for refund within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a refund for
the full purchase amount, exclusive of shipping charges, provided the
item(s) are returned in new condition. Regrettably, custom made items
cannot be returned for full credit. Custom made items, and items returned
in unsellable condition, will be subject to restocking fees up to the
amount specified by the manufacturer.
Other restrictions
- Refunds are made in the same format as the original payment method.
- Return shipping charges are not refundable or reimbursable.
- Items deemed to be defective will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
